Although not built to handicap specifications , this home has a level entry , 2 bedrooms have double doors & the master bath has a wide entrance making it possible for wheel chairs to get around. Also, French doors leading to the sundeck make it accessible as well. Boats are not allowed to be kept at the dock & must be moored along the shore in front of the house. We suggest that you personally view the launch site prior to attempted launching. The boatlaunch access road is located near the intersection where you turned off of the Stayman Flats Rd. onto Summer Camp Road. The boatlaunch driveway is secured by a combination lock & the combination will be provided at the house.
