About Us

Established in 1999, Chelan Vacation Properties is locally owned and operated.

Lew & Maribeth Clark (Owners): have lived in the Lake Chelan Valley for more than 20 years.

Lew: retired from a 20 year law enforcement career with the Douglas & Chelan County Sheriff's office.   During his Law Enforcement career, Lew was twice honored as (Chelan County and Chelan Valley) Law Enforcement Officer of the year, and is a past president of the Washington State Crime Prevention Association.

Maribeth:  retired from a nursing career in 2009.  As a registered nurse, Maribeth experienced a rewarding career in labor and deliver, both at the Lake Chelan Community Hospital and Central Washington Hospital.

In addition to Lew and Maribeth, we have a dedicated office staff:

Andrea Watson (daughter of Lew and Maribeth): Accounting department/Reservationist/Front Desk

Andrea was born and raised in the Lake Chelan Valley.  She is a registered nurse and mother of 2.  After attending College, Andrea and her husband Jason moved back to the Valley and have been residents for the past 5 years.

Alicia Lopez (daughter of Lew and Maribeth): Cleaning department manager/Reservationist/Front Desk.

Alicia was born and raised in the Lake Chelan Valley.  She is a Middle School teacher and mother of 1.  After attending College, Alicia and her husband Jerry moved back to the valley and have been residents for the past 5 years.

Julie Gueller:  Reservationist/Front Desk

Julie has been a resident in the Lake Chelan Valley for nearly 20 years.  She is a mother of 3 and is a vital part to how the office is ran.

Lynn Nelson: Reservationist/Front Desk

Jerry Lopez: Reservationist/Front Desk

Jerry is a graduate from Eastern Washington University.  He is a teacher by trade and taught for 4 years. He and Alicia live in Chelan with their son Makai.
